  • SYS0001 – Invalid Token.

Account (ACC Errors)

  • ACC0001 – Your request must contain at least one label.
  • ACC0002 – No content found.
  • ACC0003 – Your request to update label values contains invalid items: {0}. Please correct your request and send it again.
  • ACC0004 – No invoice found.
  • ACC0005 – Invoice number is mandatory.

Order (ORD Errors)

  • ORD0001 – ‘dateFrom’ parameter must be prior or equal to ‘dateTo’ parameter.
  • ORD0002 – Sales orders creation disabled.
  • ORD0003 – Doorstep Delivery access not granted.
  • ORD0004 – An error occurred during cart creation.
  • ORD0005 – Delivery address is not valid.
  • ORD0006 – ReturnAddressID {0} is not valid.
  • ORD0007 – Document Language is not valid. Must be ‘en’ or ‘fr’.
  • ORD0008 – Product identifier ‘{0}’ cannot be resolved.
  • ORD0009 – Product ‘{0}’ is defined multiple times.
  • ORD0010 – Not enough inventory available for product ‘{0}’ (wanted quantity: {1}, available quantity: {2}).
  • ORD0011 – No content found.
  • ORD0012 – Product {0} is not allowed for doorstep delivery.
  • ORD0013 – Request must contain items.
  • ORD0014 – Preferences for doorstep delivery payment have not been set.
  • ORD0015 – Please call your customer service rep to order product {0}.
  • ORD0016 – The following items in your request have no quantities: {0}. Please review.
  • ORD0017 – Order number is mandatory to retrieve tracking information.
  • ORD0018 – No tracking number found or information not available yet.
  • ORD0019 – Authorized dealers only for product {0}.
  • ORD0020 – Addresses with a PO box are not supported.

Payment (PMT Errors)

  • PMT0001 – Transaction declined. To complete this transaction, try a different card.
  • PMT0002 – Transaction declined. To complete this transaction, please verify the billing address for this card or try a different card.
  • PMT0003 – Transaction declined. To complete this transaction, try a different card.
  • PMT0004 – Transaction declined. To complete this transaction, please verify the expiration date of your card or try a different card.
  • PMT0005 – Withdrawal Limit Reached – The transaction cannot be completed.  Please try a different card or contact your card provider.
  • PMT0006 – Insufficient Funds. The transaction cannot be completed because the account does not have sufficient funds. To complete this transaction, try a different card or contact your card provider.
  • PMT0007 – Transaction declined. To complete this transaction, please check the security code entered or try a different card.
  • PMT0008 – Invalid account number.  Please check account number or try a different card.
  • PMT0009 – Error – Please contact the customer service.
  • PMT0010 – Transaction declined. To complete this transaction, try a different card or contact your card provider.
  • PMT0011 – Your request has been declined. You may want to try again.

Catalog (CAT Errors)

  • CAT0001 – Invalid product status.
  • CAT0002 – No content found.
